$175,000 for Henrythenavigator Colt

First season sire Henrythenavigator made a good impression on buyers at the 2012 NZB Premier Yearling Sale with four yearlings averaging $121,250.

His top seller was a colt from Romanee St Vivant that made $175,000 for Pencarrow Stud when snapped up by Michael Freedman and Michael Wallace Bloodstock.

The well bred colt comes from one of New Zealand’s best families, his dam a half-sister to Melbourne and Caulfield Cup winner Ethereal, while further down the page is five-time Group I winner and successful young sire Darci Brahma.

Also selling well, a Henrythenavigator colt from stakes-winner Sarah Vee that made $160,000 for Curraghmore Stud when secured by Paul Moroney Bloodstock.
