$500,000 for So You Think Colt

The first yearlings by 10-time Group I winner So You Think have been in keen demand at the 2015 Inglis Australian Easter Yearling Sale selling for up to $500,000. Consigned for sale by Southern Cross Breeders on behalf of his breeder Catherine Remond, the top seller for So You Think was a super stylish dark brown colt from proven producer Crevette that was secured by Coolmore for $500,000. The colt is a half-brother to dual Group I winning mare Cosmic Endeavour from stakes-winning Danehill mare Crevette, a sibling to Hong Kong Champion Fairy King Prawn and Group I winner Easy Rocking. Crevette returned to Coolmore in 2013 and has a lovely weanling filly by Golden Slipper winner Pierro. Other good results for So You Think include $330,000 for a filly from Marchelle Belle sold by Ruane and a colt from Kishkat that made $300,000 for Fairview Park Stud. Not far behind a filly from Elegant Eagle that made $250,000 for Widden Stud and a colt from Black Minx that made $250,000 for Newgate Farm.
