Run The Red Light (2f Alfred Nobel-Lilakiya, by Dr Fong) looked a filly with a big future after storming away with a Curragh maiden on Sunday.
The Andy Oliver-trained filly, bred by Lillian Montgomery, took the seven-furlong contest with three and a quarter lengths to spare over her opposition to bring more first-crop glory for Alfred Nobel.
“She’s a lovely big, rangy filly and Fran (Berry) gave her a lovely ride. She came on a heap from (her first run at) Galway,” Oliver told irishracing.com. “She holds an entry in the G2 Debutante Stakes, so we’ll have to see about that. She’s a filly for next year really.
