Cranbourne Cup Winner for Fastnet Rock

With three new stakes-winners over the weekend, champion sire Fastnet Rock has surged to the top of the Australian General Sires List by earnings. Saturday's racing at Caulfield produced new stakes-winners Missrock (2f Fastnet Rock x Miss Judgement, by Strategic) and Serene Majesty (3f Fastnet Rock x Custard, by Lonhro) while on Sunday Digitalism (6g Fastnet Rock x Indian Dream, by Indian Ridge) added to the tally when capturing the Listed $300,000 Cranbourne Cup. Prepared by John Sadler, Digitalism gave everything in a torrid finish to win the 2025 metre staying test, claiming a narrow head victory. A $200,000 Inglis Easter purchase for Malua Bloodstock from the Brooklyn Lodge draft, Digitalism has won nine races and over $525,000 in prizemoney. From imported Indian Ridge mare Indian Dream, he is the 87th stakes-winner for Fastnet Rock.
