Dunkirk and Majestic Warrior Star in US

Young gun Coolmore sires Dunkirk and Majestic Warrior have finished 2013 as division leaders in the US based First and Second Season Sires lists by earnings respectively.

A dashing grey son of Unbridled’s Song, Dunkirk sired 13 winners of $1.1 million in earnings led by Grade I winner Havana, who was also second in the Grade I Breeders Cup Juvenile.

Dunkirk also sired Grade III winner Dunkin Bend and Black Type performers Conniption Fit, Blacksilkstockings and Bad River Belle.

A Grade I winning son of AP Indy, Majestic Warrior led his peers with 55 winners of $4.7 million including seven stakes-winners led by multiple Grade I winner Princess of Sylmar.

Dunkirk stands at a a fee of $15,000 in 2014 , while Majestic Warrior is at $22,500.
