€1 million for Holy Roman Emperor filly

Parvaneh (3f Holy Roman Emperor-College Fund Girl, by Kahyasi) stole the show at Arqana’s December Sale on Sunday when selling for €1 million.

The Holy Roman Emperor filly, who scored in Group 2 company at Baden Baden in September, is set to be bred from in America after selling to agent James Delahooke, acting for Pursuit Of Success.

“She's not only a good racehorse but a lovely filly, a gorgeous individual really, and I'm a big fan of Holy Roman Emperor. I've bought her for an American client who trades under the name of Pursuit Of Success, and she'll go to Kentucky to be covered in the new year,” said Delahooke.

Bred by Douglas Taylor, Parvaneh was originally sold for €175,000 at the Arqana Breeze-Up Sale last year.
