Agamemmon (Getaway) winning a point-to-point at Milbourne St Andrew

Agamemmon is First Crop 4YO Point-to-Point winner for Getaway

Grange Stud stallion Getaway (Monsun) sired his first winner at the Wilton Hunt Point-to-Point in Dorset on Saturday when Tom Lacey’s four-year-old Agamemmon won the 4, 5 & 6YO Maiden by a very comfortable 8 lengths. At Cheltenham last week other sons of Monsun were responsible for Champion Hurdle heroine Annie Power along with the brilliant Sprinter Sacre who regained his Queen Mother Champion Chase crown. Also by Monsun and standing at the Beeches Stud under the Coolmore N.H. Sires banner is Ocovango whose exciting foals include a half-brother to Gold Cup winner Bobs Worth who landed Grade 1 races at three consecutive Cheltenham festivals.
