First foal for Phoenix Stakes winner Alfred Nobel

Gr.1 winner Alfred Nobel sired his first foal at Seamus Burns’ Lodge Park Stud last Saturday.

Cafe Creme produced a colt foal which was described by Damian Burns as “a really good strong colt with plenty of scope and quality that’s marked very much like his sire. We are delighted with him and we bred not only Alfred Nobel and Cafe Creme but also both their dams and grandams.”

The colt has the pedigree to be a top-class 2yo as Cafe Creme is a half-sister to Cheveley Park Stakes-Gr.1 winner Seazun while Alfred Nobel, just like his own sire Danehill Dancer, won the Phoenix Stakes-Gr.1.
