First foal for Power

Power stallion shot in the field

The first foal by Irish 2,000 Guineas and National Stakes winner Power (pictured) was born at Oathill Farm in Oxfordshire on Tuesday night when Brilliana, a daughter of Danehill Dancer from the family of French 2,000 Guineas winner Silver Frost, produced a dark bay colt.

He’s a lovely correct foal, strong, with plenty of size, good bone and a nice head. We’re thrilled with him,” commented his breeder Jane Keir.
