Fourth Winner for Scat Daddy

Exciting young sire Scat Daddy added a fourth winner to his tally when Finale (2c Scat Daddy x Twinkle, by Lively One) bolted clear to win easily at Belmont.

The Todd Pletcher trained colt showed the benefit of race experience, beginning smartly and settling in second place behind the leader, before powering home to win the six furlong contest by five and three-quarter lengths at his third start.

A $175,000 Keeneland November Weanling purchase, Finale is a half-brother to Grade III winner Bright One and is one of five winners from the good producer Twinkle.

A former brilliant racehorse, whose feature victories included the Grade I Belmont Champagne Stakes and Florida Derby, Scat Daddy now has four winners on the board with Finale joining Allegramente, Force de La Nature and Little Miss Muffett.
