The all-conquering Soldier Of Fortune made a big splash in Brazil at the weekend when responsible for the first two home in the G1 Grande Premio Jockey Club Brasileiro at Gavea.
The facile winner Jadir (2c Soldier of Fortune-Dica, by Ghadeer) marked himself at the forefront of the juvenile generation after he came home three and three-quarter lengths clear of Sai Da Frente (2c Soldier of Fortune-Ke Mint, by Royal Academy) in the mile event.
The winner, home-bred by Stud Eternamente Rio, is conditioned by Luis Esteves.
