A sensational few days for Dylan Thomas continued on Sunday when the Richard Hannon-trained Pether’s Moon (4c Dylan Thomas-Softly Tread, by Tirol) claimed a valuable prize in the G2 International Bosphorus Cup in Istanbul.

The consistent four-year-old, bred by Michael Daly, took the £150,000 first prize by a length under Richard Hughes.

Pether’s Moon, who won the G3 Glorious Stakes at Goodwood in August, was winning 24 hours after Captain Cat (5g Dylan Thomas-Mother Of Pearl, by Sadler´s Wells) won the G3 Superior Mile at Haydock.

Also on Sunday, Caspian Prince (5g Dylan Thomas-Crystal Gaze, by Rainbow Quest) won a five-furlong conditions event at Dundalk while during the week he was also represented by the Karl Burke-trained juvenile winners Lord Ben Stack (2c Dylan Thomas-Beringold, by Bering) and Fidelma Moon (2f Dylan Thomas-Ridiforza, by Starborough).
