Intello back to best in G3

The G1 Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe could be the next stop for three-year-old Intello (3c Galileo-Impressionnante, by Danehill) after an effortless success in the G3 Prix du Prince D’Orange at Longchamp on Saturday.

Jockey Olivier Peslier never had to push the G1 Prix du Jockey-Club hero in the 10-furlong contest and trainer Andre Fabre will now discuss with the Wertheimer brothers, who own and bred the Galileo colt, whether to head back to Longchamp next month.

"I will sit down with the owners and Monsieur Fabre and discuss it, but in principal it is strongly probable he will run in the Arc,” Pierre-Yves Bureau, the Wertheimers’ racing manager told the Racing Post.
