Factor Security 15th Winner for Maximum Security

Maximum Security registered another winner when Factor Security (2f Maximum Security x Silly Factor, by The Factor) won a Camarero maiden.

Factor Security was sitting in second by half a length early on before overpowering the leader and motoring to the front. She opened a few lengths on the field in the middle stages before the field closed in on her late.

That wasn’t enough to stop her from winning by half a length. It was the second Puerto Rico win of the week for Maximum Security, who also saw Maximum Blast win for the second time in four starts.

Trained by Giovanni Merced for Triple Siete Stable PR, Factor Security was bred by George E. Bates Trustee out of the stakes placed Silly Factor.

Silly Factor is a half-sister to Munnings’ Grade II winner and Grade I-placed Ginobili and five other winners out of the Grade III placed Find The Humor.

Maximum Security is the sire of 15 winners, putting him ninth among all freshmen by winners.
