Second Stakes Win for Competitive Edge Filly

Talented filly My Italian Rabbi (2f Competitive Edge x Golden Miss, by Golden Missile) went on her winning way at Finger Lakes on Monday taking out the $108,775 Lady Finger Stakes in a canter.

Trained by Jeremiah Englehart, My Italian Rabbi was a stakes-winner at Saratoga in July and had no trouble dispatching this field of fillies to win the six furlong contest by nearly seven lengths.

A $160,000 yearling purchase, My Italian Rabbi has three wins and a third from four starts and has earned nearly $180,000 in prizemoney.

She runs for Gold Square LLC and is the fourth winner from Golden Miss, a half-sister to stakes-winner Tingwithasting from stakes-winner Notable Sword.

Competitive Edge has set the sale rings alight this year at the two year-olds in training sales and has backed it up on the track with meaningful race results.
