Son Of Pour Moi Lands Valuable Hurdle Feature

Grand Trianon (6g Pour Moi - Maid For Music, by Dubai Destination) landed a valuable prize when taking the feature Grande Course De Haies De Dieppe worth €100,000 on Wednesday.

Twelve lined up for the two mile hurdle contest, as Tristan Lemagnen positioned the eventual winner behind the leaders, improving into second after the halfway point. Jumping to the front on the turn for home, the bay was pushed out to score comfortably by six and a half lengths.

The Francois Nicolle-trained winner was gaining his sixth career success, with the first two wins having come on the flat for Mikael Delzangles. Owned by Olivier Carli, Grand Trianon was bred by Haras du Logis Saint Germain and is a half-brother to fellow hurdle winner Closer To Home (Soldier Of Fortune).

Pour Moi commands €5,000 at Grange Stud this season.
