£110,000 Pour Moi 5yo tops Doncaster final day
Coeur De Lion (5g Pour Moi-Hora, by Hernando) topped trading at the final session of the 2018 Goffs UK Spring Sale in Doncaster on Thursday.
The Pour Moi gelding, a dual winner over hurdles, is set to return to trainer Alan King after making £110,000, having been offered to dissolve his ownership partnership. The five-year-old is also a smart Flat performer.
Coeur De Lion was bred by Richard and Lizzie Kelvin Hughes.
Yeats was responsible for the second-dearest offering on Thursday, when Trevor Hemmings bought the five-year-old Burbank (6g Yeats-Spring Swoon, by Highest Honor) for £95,000 through agent David Minton.
Burbank, bred by Derrymore House Syndicate, will return to trainer Nicky Henderson with a novice chasing career planned next season.
