$245,000 for Shanghai Bobby Filly

Champion 2YO Shanghai Bobby capped a successful Fasig-Tipton Saratoga August Yearling Sale with his final two youngsters both selling on Tuesday for $245,000 and $180,000. Consigned by Paramount Sales and bought by JSM Equine, this lovely filly from Cecilia’s Crown made $245,000. She is a half-sister to seven winners including the stakes-winner Princess Cecelia.

Shanghai Bobby had six first crop yearlings offered and all were sold at an average $235,883.
