$360,000 for Pour Moi Filly at Karaka

With his oldest Southern Hemisphere bred progeny just two year-olds, Epsom Derby winner Pour Moi enjoyed good results at the 2016 NZB Premier Yearling Sale highlighted by a filly from Mia Le Fay that made $360,000. Consigned for sale by Windsor Park Stud and bought by Japanese based Big Red Farm, the filly (pictured) is a half-sister to stakes-winner Lady Le Fay from the family of international Group I winners Dank and Eagle Mountain. Other good sales for Pour Moi included $300,000 for a colt from November Rain that was bought by David Ellis and $260,000 for a filly from Charmed bought by Cameron Cooke Bloodstock/McEvoy Mitchell Racing.
