Champs Elysees Paddock Shot

Another G3 for fabulous Champs Elysees mare

Hot favourite Elysea’s World (5m Champs Elysees-Ideal World, by Singspiel) won a second consecutive Graded contest at Monmouth in the US at the weekend for trainer Chad Brown.

The superb daughter of Champs Elysees showed brilliant acceleration to win the G3 Violet Stakes, landing the 1m 1f contest with great ease.

“It’s really a pleasure to deal with good horses,” said Joe Bravo, who was in the saddle. “She was in full control the whole race. She left there easy and comfortable and it just kind of made my job easy.

“The hardest part about this game is getting them happy and Chad Brown has done a great job getting her happy. You can see she is just enjoying herself out there. Horses like this make it fun for me, too.”

Elysea’s World also won the G3 Matchmaker Stakes on July 29 and scored in G3 company at Gulfstream Park in February.

Elite Sales tweeted that they will be offering Elysea’s World at this year’s Keeneland November Sale, where she is sure to prove popular.
