Only Mine wins more black-type for Pour Moi

Consistent Pour Moi filly Only Mine (4f Pour Moi-Truly Mine, by Rock Of Gibraltar) added another Listed victory to a career record steeped in black type when capturing the Dubai Duty Free Jumeirah Creekside Dash Stakes at the Curragh on Saturday. The well-supported four-year-old, bred by the late Marguerite Weld, made all under Gary Carroll to land the six-furlong contest ahead of Gordon Lord Byron.

“She is a very genuine and honest filly, and we will up her in grade a bit now,” said winning trainer Joe Murphy. “There is a Group 3 at Naas over six furlongs in a month’s time, and we will enter her in the G1 Haydock Sprint Cup, which she ran in last year.  She is building up a good page of Group and Listed races.”

Carroll added: “She's a very game filly. I jumped and went a good solid gallop the whole way. When she felt Gordon Lord Byron she picked up, stuck her head out and battled well to the line.”
