For Everyone Becomes The Latest Winner By Pour Moi

Son Of Pour Moi Leaps To Juvenile Hurdle Success

An excellent jumping display saw For Everyone (3g Pour Moi - Tanyeli, by Mastercraftsman) win the Three-Year-Old Maiden Hurdle at Ballinrobe on Monday.

The Mark McNiff-trained bay was having his second start over hurdles, having disappointed in his hurdle debut when said to have travelled badly to Hexham. Ridden by Derek Fox, he initially raced in mid-division and improved to lead from the fifth flight. Extending his advantage with a fine leap at the last, he stayed on well to score by a length and a half.

Mark McNiff, who trained the winner for John Watters, commented after the race, “He's even schooled over fences and he's savage to jump. I'm not sure where he'll go next but he'd prefer to go the other way around.”

For Everyone was bred by J McAteer and L McAteer and is the first foal out of his dam, a half-sister to Listed winner Astonishing and Group 3 winner and producer Sub Rose (Galileo).

Pour Moi’s first crop of national hunt foals are now yearlings. The son of Montjeu commands €5,000 at Grange Stud.
