South African Stakes-Winner for Choisir

Talented Australian bred filly Royalsecuritybaby (2f Choisir  x Citirecruit, by Citidancer) made a winning debut in South Africa on the weekend taking out the Group III Strelitzia Stakes for two year-old fillies at Clairwood.

Prepared by Kumaran Naidoo for Roy Moodley, Royalsecuritybaby did best in a tight finish to take the 1100 metre dash by a nose.

A $34,000 Magic Millions Weanling purchase for World Wide Bloodstock from the draft of Reavill Farm, Royalsecuritybaby is the first stakes-winner for Citirecruit, a stakes-winning grand-daughter of Group I AJC Australian Oaks winner Savana City.

Citirecruit has a yearling filly by High Chaparral and was covered by Henrythenavigator last spring.

Royalsecuritybaby is the 49th stakes-winner worldwide for Choisir, who has four yearlings catalogued for the Inglis Australian Easter Yearling Sale.
