$200,000 for Fastnet Filly
The top priced filly at the 2012 Magic Millions National Weanling Sale was a daughter of Fastnet Rock that made $200,000 to the bid of Bowcock Bloodstock.
Consigned for sale by Fig Tree Thoroughbreds, the stylish bay is the second foal of Kitty Cash, a half-sister by Secret Savings to Hong Kong stakes-winner Sichuan Success and stakes-placed Tom Coureuse, Yellow Diamond and Pirouettes.
Fastnet Rock’s Group I winning son Wanted was also in the limelight providing the sale-topper, his colt from Regal Arena selling for $255,000 to Newgate Farm.
Poised to be crowned Champion Australian Sire for 2011/2012, Fastnet Rock is running hot not only on the track, but also through the potential of his sire sons.
