$260,000 for Fastnet Colt

Red hot sire Fastnet Rock made a steady start to the 2012 Magic Millions Yearling Sale hitting the mark with a lovely colt from Leitmotif that fetched $260,000. Consigned by Coolmore and purchased by Chris Waller Racing, the colt is from a winning half-sister to champion filly Special Harmony and Group II winners King Canute and Redwoldt. Also popular, the full sister to Group I place-getter We’re Gonna Rock from Harrow that made $200,000 for Newhaven Park when secured by Laurel Oak Bloodstock and Tony Noonan.
