$340,000 Yes Yes Yes Colt

Everest hero Yes Yes Yes had just three yearlings offered at Inglis Easter and all were sold at an average $213,333, a sum that is more than five times his 2020 service fee.

His best result came with the Kitchwin Hills Stud consigned colt from stakes-placed Fastnet Rock mare Workdrinks that sold for $340,000 to Freedman Racing/ Julian Blaxland.

He is a half-brother to a couple of promising winners in stakes-placed juvenile Inhibitions and Lubrication from the family of dual group I winner Virage de Fortune.

The other two colts were picked up by savvy syndicators with Spicer Thoroughbreds paying $160,000 for a colt from Typhoon Jolie, while Triple Crown Syndications paid $140,000 for a colt from Money Magic that will be trained by Peter and Paul Snowden

“He’s a beautiful type: athletic, mid-sized, and moves very well,” Triple Crown Syndications Michael Ward told ANZ Bloodstock News.

“And he’s from a strong family, which is what you get here at Easter.

“He’s by an Everest winner, been selected by a two-time Everest winner, and he’ll be trained by a two-time Everest winner.”

Let’s hope he becomes an Everest winner!
