$380,000 for Tale of the Cat Colt

Accomplished shuttle sire Tale of the Cat posted a big result at the 2013 Magic Millions Yearling Sale when his colt from Creative Plan sold for $380,000 on Friday. Consigned for sale by Coolmore, the much admired colt was bought by Catherine Yip and N & J More of Hong Kong and is from stakes-winning Flying Spur mare Creative Plan. Creative Plan had a filly foal by High Chaparral last year and was subsequently covered by Henrythenavigator.
