$950,000 Fastnet Rock Filly

Champion sire Fastnet Rock had a million-dollar filly on the first day of Inglis Easter and went very close on the second day with the Coolmore consigned filly from Group I New Zealand Oaks winner Savvy Coup selling for $950,000 to Colm Santry Bloodstock.

By champion sire Savabeel, Savvy Coup was a $1million purchase for Tom Magnier and James Bester from the 2019 Magic Millions National Broodmare Sale and her first foal, a colt by Justify sold for $400,000 at Magic Millions last year to Blueblood Thoroughbreds/Sheamus Mills Bloodstock (FBAA)/Gai Waterhouse & Adrian Bott

Savvy Coup is now in foal to So You Think after producing a colt by Zoustar.

Fastnet Rock ended the sale with seven yearlings averaging $475,714 to be third on the overall sire averages list.
