Fastnet Colt Tops Magic Millions Horses in Training

Fastnet Rock has been the dominating force at Australasian sales this year and provided the top seller at the Magic Millions Horses in Training Sale at the Gold Coast on Thursday. Consigned for sale by Think Big Stud, the two year-old colt from Group I winner Perfect Promise (SAfr) was sold to Les Tinkler of Serene Lodge for $240,000. “He's a lovely big horse," Tinkler said. "He is along the same lines as some Fastnet Rock's we've had success with. "When you consider the prices that the Fastnet Rock colts were making a few months ago - he looks very good value. "He is from a Group One winning mare and is broken in and ready to go. He looks a great prospect."
