$500,000 Colt Stars for So You Think

Fans of So You Think found some amazing value at Magic Millions this week with 14 of his stock selling for an average $233,214 in Book 1 with his top seller a strapping colt from Bobine (USA) that made $500,000.

Consigned by Coolmore, the half-brother to Group II winner Reelem in Ruby was bought by Annabel Neasham/ Brian McGuire and is the fourth foal from well related Giant’s Causeway mare Bobine, whose three previous foals are all winners.

Bobine was one of 190 mares covered by So You Think last spring.

Robert and Luke Price bought his next highest priced yearling securing Baramul Stud’s colt from Submissive for $360,000, while Gai Waterhouse & Adrian Bott/The Osher Group Pty Ltd picked up Attunga Stud’s colt from Anabaa’s Legacy for $350,000.

So You Think is enjoying a great season on the track running third on the Australian General Sires List by winners and fifth by earnings so buyers at the Gold Coast have gotten plenty of bang for their buck.
