Churchill Filly Makes All To Second Success

Twirling (3f Churchill - Turning Top, by Pivotal) produced a smart performance to record her second win from three starts at Kempton on Wednesday.

Simon and Ed Crisford’s charge made a winning debut over course and distance in January, and returned last month to finish third. Sent off favourite for the Fillies’ Novice Stakes over a mile, she made all under William Buick and quickened approaching the final furlong. Running on well, she won by a comfortable two and a quarter lengths, with the same distance between the second and third.

Twirling is owned by Mrs Doreen Tabor and bred by Chelston Ireland.
