Impressive Back-To-Back Wins For Son Of Ten Sovereigns
Harvard Sound (3g Ten Sovereigns – Music And Dance, by Galileo) followed up last month’s impressive maiden victory with a clearcut success at Lingfield on Tuesday.
A close second on debut, Tom Clover’s charge bolted up by seven and a half lengths next time and remained over seven furlongs on his third start. Ridden to make all by Neil Callan, the bay was shaken up approaching the final furlong and was pushed out to justify favouritism by three and a quarter lengths.
It marked a first win for Harvard Sound since being bought by owners Moulton Racing and O Humphrey. The first crop son of Ten Sovereigns was bred by Norelands Bloodstock and Matt Gilsenan.
