Mastercraftsman Mare Records Back To Back Listed Wins

The Jessica Harrington-trained Barrington Court (6m Mastercraftsman - Arabian Hideaway, by Desert Prince) added to a terrific season when justifying favoritism in Saturday’s Listed Finale Stakes at Naas.

A Listed winner last time out over course and distance, she was given a similar ride by Tom Madden and raced towards the back of the field. Switched left to challenge approaching the two furlong marker, she ran on well to lead inside the final furlong and went clear to win by two and a half lengths.

Saturday marked a sixth career success for the JP McManus-owned mare, who was bred by the Las Pampas Polo Team.
