Take No Chances (Milan) Wins The Four Year Old Mares’ Maiden At Stowlin

Milan Mare Delivers On Debut Promise

Take No Chances (4m Milan - Coscorrig, by Pistolet Bleu) built on her promising debut at Loughanmore to take Sunday’s four-year-old mares’ maiden at Stowlin.

The Denis Murphy owned and trained mare finished fourth last month and was reunited with Harley Dunne at the weekend. Positioned in mid-division for much of the way, she made headway approaching three out and asserted before the final fence. Keeping on well on the run-in, she won by a length on the line, with another six lengths back to the third.

The daughter of Grange Stud sire Milan was bred by Daniel Corry.
