Pacifiste (2c Saxon Warrior – Lady Of Shamrock, by Scat Daddy) justified strong market support to make a winning debut at Deauville on Friday evening.

Trained by Christophe Ferland for owner/breeders Wertheimer et Frere, the well-related juvenile was sent off a short-priced favourite and soon settled midfield under Maxime Guyon. Quickening well on the run for home, he went on to win by three and a half lengths going away.
