No Nay Never X Catch The Eye colt selling for 340,000gns at the Craven Sale

Sensational No Nay Never Colt Brings 340,000gns

A full-brother to dual Stakes winner Servalan (No Nay Never) proved one of the highlights of the Tattersalls Craven Breeze-Up Sale when selling to Richard Brown of Blandford Bloodstock for 340,000gns.

After fending off bids from Alastair Donald and Richard Hughes, Brown said, “He’s a lovely horse, though I think he’s going to need some time. He’s a big horse but he’s not even two yet, so to breeze the way he did, given his birthday, I thought was pretty sensational. He’s a big-striding horse and he showed a great attitude, and he’s from a very, very good hotel - obviously.”

The ‘hotel’ in question is Norman Williamson’s Oak Tree Farm, who bought the May-born colt as a yearling with Mags O’Toole from breeder Noeleen McCreevy.
