Yes Winner at Moonee Valley
The Lindsey Smith trained gelding It’s a Yes (3g Yes Yes Yes x Typhoon Jolie, by Shamardal) was a short priced favourite at Moonee Valley for the Benchmark 64 event over 1000m and duly saluted by half a length to give his sire a trans-Tasman double on Friday.
Earlier in the day Power of Three (3f Yes Yes Yes x Excellent Magic, by Exceed and Excel) broke her maiden at Tauranga in the Cambridge Stud colours.

He made a smooth transition from his maiden win at Ararat last month to metro class and there are more wins in store.
“He trained on well from Ararat and maybe he will have one more run before a little break,” said Lindsey Smith.
“He pulls up good though and he’s a cheeky little horse, so if he keeps eating he’ll keep running.”
It’s a Yes is the second winner from Typhoon Jolie, a metro winning half-sister by Shamardal to Group II winner Formality.
Yes Yes Yes has sired 20 winners this season in Australia and New Zealand and has nine entries for Magic Millions and also for Inglis Classic.
