Beechwood latest winner for Never

The Keith Dalgleish-trained Beechwood Ella (2f No Nay Never-Tamazug, by Machiavellian) brought yet more first-crop success for No Nay Never at Ayr on Monday.

Carrying the colours of Middleham Park Racing, the smart juvenile picked up a seven-furlong novices’ contest in good style.

The Racing Post commented that “She deserves credit for readily challenging between horses a furlong out. Her smart dam got 1m2f and stepping up a furlong should prove ideal next year.”
