A regally bred Camelot arrival!
The new arrival, born on Wednesday night, is a beautiful filly by triple Classic winner Camelot out of Cherry Hinton, dam of the 2014 G1 Irish Oaks winner Bracelet and G2 Rockfel Stakes winner Wading. Cherry Hinton is out of Arc winner and legendary blue hen Urban Sea, who produced nine black-type offspring headed by Galileo and Sea The Stars.
Camelot was the first horse since Nijinsky, to land the 2,000 Guineas, Epsom Derby and Irish Derby treble. He is also the fastest son of Montjeu and a Gr.1-winning European Champion at both 2 and 3 years. He stands his second season at Coolmore this year at a fee of €25,000.
