High hopes for Walk In The Park bumper winner

Trainer Gary Moore has big hopes for Dell Oro (4g Walk In The Park-Kallistea, by Sicyos) after the four-year-old made a winning debut on Friday. The Walk In The Park four-year-old finished with a wet sail to win the Fontwell bumper by three and a quarter lengths and Moore views the winner as an exciting jumping prospect. "Josh (Moore) said they went a good gallop. I was nervous about running Dell Oro but walked the track. He's a beautiful horse and that will probably be it for the season and he will go hurdling next season,” Moore told the Racing Post.

The paper’s race analysis noted: “DELL ORO, a half-brother to a trio of French Flat winners, had to wait for a run but really came home strongly once seeing daylight, winning well. He could be useful and is seemingly thought a bit of.”
