Australia Filly Makes All To Maiden Success

You’re So Vain (3f Australia - Iffraaj Pink, by Pink) produced an impressive front-running performance to win the Fillies’ Novice Stakes at Wolverhampton on Friday evening.

Mrs Fitri Hay’s homebred made her second start in the mile and a half contest, with PJ McDonald riding the Charlie Hills-trained chesnut to make all. Quickening from over three furlongs out, she ran on well inside the final furlong to win by three parts of a length.

The daughter of Australia becomes the first winner out of Iffraaj Pink, herself a winning half-sister to Grade 1 winner Vale Of York.
