Mare in Foal to Uncle Mo Fetches $385,000

Selling for $385,000 at the 2013 Keenelend January Horses of All Ages Sale was stakes-placed Floating Heart, who was offered in foal to Champion 2YO Uncle Mo in her second season at stud. The seven year-old daughter of champion sire Giant’s Causeway is a half-sister to stakes-winner Love Locket and daughter of Grade I winner Love Lock. She was consigned by St George Sales and secured by Hunter Valley Farm. The first foal of Floating Heart, a yearling filly from the first crop of brilliant performer Munnings, also sold well fetching $160,000 when bought by Tik Tik Bloodstock. .
