Progressive No Nay Never Colt Impresses At Chester
Hero Hero (3c No Nay Never - Fancy, by Galileo) made all to run out an uncontested winner of the seven furlong Novice Stakes at Chester on Saturday.
A close second on his sole start at two, the Andrew Balding-trained colt made an encouraging return last month, when finishing third over six furlongs. King Power Racing’s retained rider Silvestre de Sousa took the ride and was always in command, striding clear inside the final furlong to score by eight lengths.
Hero Hero was also successful in the sales ring, blossoming from a €46,000 yearling to a €325,000 yearling, when sold by Lynn Lodge Stud to SackvilleDonald at the Goffs Orby Sale. He is the first foal out of Fancy, an unraced sister to Listed performer Seussical (Galileo).
