Rome No Nay Never winner could be “contender at stakes level”
No Nay Never’s latest winner Nikisophia (2f No Nay Never-Apache Dream, by Indian Ridge) looks set to make her mark in black-type company after a brilliant victory in Rome on Sunday.
Beaten a head on her debut by Miss Moon, who won a Listed contest earlier on the same Sunday card, Nikisophia justified strong market support to win the 1,500-metre maiden by three and a quarter lengths for trainer Simone Langiano.
EBN commented: “Nikisophia was forced to show the way and kicked strongly in the last 300m to score by three lengths over Rena Rouge. She is the 22nd individual winner sired by No Nay Never and could be a contender at Stakes level.”
