Second Stakes Horse for Yes Yes Yes

The $500,000 ATC Inglis Nursery (1000m) at Randwick on Saturday drew a competitive field of 13 runners and while promising colts Odinson and Beer Baron fought out the finish, Yes Yes Yes got his second Black Type performer when talented filly Nymphadora (2f Yes Yes Yes x Miss Hufflepuff, by Encosta de Lago) flew home to grab third.

Trained by Stephen O’Halloran, Nymphadora produced an amazing run after settling at the tail of the field. She was a clear last turning for home and still last well into the straight, but unleashed a brilliant turn of foot for Tom Sherry to charge to the line and snatch third place producing the run of the race.

"I copped a really bad bump from the barriers and settled last which I didn't expect to be there, but she rattled home really well,” said Tom Sherry.

Nymphadora was having just her second start and has already banked $51,000 in prizemoney.

She was a $30,000 Inglis Classic purchase for her trainer from the Tyreel Stud draft and is a half-sister to stakes-winner Coco Sun from winning Encosta de Lago mare Miss Hufflepuff, a sister to Champion Hong Kong Stayer Liberator and to the dam of Group II winner Etana.

Tyreel Stud will offer the yearling half-sister by So You Think to Nymphadora as Lot 479 at Inglis Classic.

Everest winner Yes Yes Yes has 11 entries for Magic Millions and 17 for Inglis Classic.
