$600,000 for Uncle Mo Colt

Fasig-Tipton’s Florida 2-Year-Olds in Training Sale provided a new sales benchmark for former Champion 2YO Uncle Mo with a colt from Call Mariah selling for $600,000.

Consigned by Eddie Woods and bought by Antonio Sano, the colt is a half-brother to Group III placed Califante from a half-sister to Grade I winner Albertus Maximus.

The previous best for Uncle Mo was a colt from Stormy Renee that made $550,000 at the Keeneland September Yearling Sale last year and was bought by MV Magnier.

His first runners hit the tracks this year.
