Lookin At Lucky Paddock Shot

Another Lucky Grade One Winner

A hot run of success for Lookin At Lucky in South America continued with a victory in the Grade I Clasico 1,000 Guineas at Hipodromo Chile on the weekend for progressive filly Diane (3f Lookin At Lucky x Wolfie, by Hussonet).

Trained by Juan P. Baeza, she scored a tenacious head win in the 1600 metre feature in a thrilling three way finish. It was her second win from four starts and her first in a stakes race.

The 37th stakes-winner for Lookin At Lucky, Diane is a half-sister to Chilean Horse of the Year Ascot Prince from top producer Wolfie.

Diane is the eighth Grade I winner for Lookin At Lucky, the Champion Two and Three Year Old of his generation.
