Debut Santa Anita Winner for Lucky

Opening his career with a debut victory at Santa Anita on the weekend was promising colt Look Twice (3c Lookin at Lucky x Unique Creek, by Tricky Creek).

Trained by Carla Gaines, he jumped well, but was allowed to settle off the pace before finishing with a strong late rush to take the six furlong maiden by half a length.

A half-brother to stakes-placed Macadamia, Look Twice is the sixth winner from good producing stakes-winner Unique Creek.
