Debut Winner for Uncle Mo
The most expensive juvenile by star sire Uncle Mo sold at public auction in 2015, talented colt Conquest Superstar (3c Uncle Mo x Being Anna, by Aldebaran) made a winning debut at Keeneland on the weekend.
Prepared by Mark casse, Conquest Superstar was sent out at odds of 4-1 for the one mile maiden on turf and stalked the lead in third position before forging clear to win by a length.
A $90,000 Keeneland September yearling purchase, he was bought by Conquest Stables for $725,000 at the OBS March 2YO Sale last year after galloping out a furlong in 10 seconds flat.
Conquest Superstar is the second winner for Being Anna, a half-sister to stakes-winners Sens of Duty and Winning Point.
