Lozoya goes to War for Declaration

Trainer Christophe Ferland sent out another exciting winner for Declaration Of War when Lozoya (3f Declaration Of War-Never Busy, by Gone West) scored at Chantilly on Wednesday.

Wearing the silks of Antonio Caro, the three-year-old prevailed by two lengths to win the nine-furlong Prix Talweg.

“She did it in a good style after running a decent race,” said Ferland. “She is a filly I like and she made a good comeback. Lozoya started late and we will now work out a programme for her.”
